BethAnn Shoudt, Psy. D.

Melissa Reilly, Psy. D.

Dr. BethAnn Shoudt works with individuals, families and couples across the lifespan. Areas of interest include developmental and behavioral disorders, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, and difficulty with adjusting to life struggles.

Dr. Shoudt’s approach to therapy is relationship based, believing that psychological healing takes place in the context of the therapy relationship. Dr. Shoudt also incorporates Christian faith-based treatment into therapy for individuals who are seeking this as part of treatment. All therapy relationships begin with an initial evaluation to identify the areas of struggle and then a treatment plan based on research and clinical practice is established.

Dr. Reilly enjoys working with individuals and families ranging from school age children through advanced aging. During the evaluation process, she identifies the best mode of psychotherapy (individual, family, couples) and with the client, lays out a plan for treatment.

Dr. Reilly takes a holistic approach which recognizes the multidimensional nature of a person’s life including one’s physical health and well being, family structure, education/vocation issues, social roles and demands, as well as one’s developmental history, and how these factors impact a person’s functioning.

For Couples

Couples therapy is a collaborative process where your psychologist helps you and your partner work through challenges and strengthen your connection. Together, you explore communication patterns, understand underlying issues, and develop skills to enhance intimacy and trust, fostering a more fulfilling partnership.

For Individuals

Individual psychotherapy is a one-on-one process where you work with a psychologist to explore and understand your thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Through this confidential partnership, you gain a better understanding of your self, develop strategies to enhance well-being and confidence, empowering you to make positive changes in your life.

For Children & Families

Play therapy, is a common modality used when working with children.  After an initial assessment, your psychologist will determine the best mode of treatment tailored to your child or family's specific needs. This process can foster better communication, understanding, and overall harmony within the family.
