What is Neurofeedback?

Neurofeedback, also known as EEG biofeedback or Neurotherapy, is a form of brain training that encourages the brain to function more efficiently.

This innovative treatment is based on the brain's natural ability to learn and adapt – a process known as neuroplasticity.

By monitoring brain activity in real-time and providing immediate feedback, we help the brain to self-regulate and improve its function in various areas.

How Does Neurofeedback Work?

Neurofeedback involves observing the brain's activity and providing instant feedback to the individual. Through repeated sessions, the brain learns to adjust its activity towards more desirable patterns. This process is akin to learning any new skill – it requires feedback, practice, and time.

The Power of Repetition and Neuroplasticity

With neuroplasticity at its core, neurofeedback leverages the brain's remarkable ability to reorganize and form new neural connections. In a typical 20-session program, with feedback every half second, there are thousands of opportunities for the brain to learn and adapt.
